The ZEV Technologies Wedge Lock Hand Guard 7.25" is a compact, free-float AR-15 handguard designed to deliver a rigid, secure mounting platform in a lightweight profile. Built around ZEV’s innovative Wedge Lock system and stainless steel barrel nut, it locks to the upper receiver with a single screw for consistent alignment and repeatable performance.

This 7.25" handguard is machined from aircraft-grade aluminum with a slim, ergonomic cross-section that feels natural in the hand while still offering plenty of strength for hard use. The continuous top rail provides space for sights and accessories, and the M-LOK negative space mounting system keeps the sides smooth and snag-free. Ideal for short-barreled builds, range use, training, and duty-style carbines where reliability and clean handling matter, it reflects ZEV’s focus on precision machining and thoughtful design.
