The ZEV AR15 Wedge Lock 14 5/8" M-LOK Handguard delivers a slim, modern profile for shooters who want a rigid, free-floating rail without unnecessary bulk. Machined from aircraft grade aluminum and finished in a black Type III hard anodize, it uses ZEV’s proven Wedge Lock system and a lightweight titanium barrel nut to secure the handguard solidly to any mil-spec AR-15 upper while maintaining a continuous top Picatinny rail.

This 14 5/8" model offers generous M-LOK negative space along the sides and bottom for mounting lights, grips, and other accessories while keeping the surface smooth and comfortable in the hand. Its narrow cross-section and 1.225" internal diameter make it ideal for performance-focused range rifles, competition builds, and training carbines where balance, ergonomics, and repeatable alignment are priorities. The design reflects ZEV’s reputation for precise machining and thoughtful innovation in AR-platform components.
