The Xtech Tactical XTT132BLKP3659MM MTX 9mm Fits Sig365 12rd Black is a purpose-built magazine extension kit for the Sig Sauer P365 using factory 12-round magazines. This MTX 365 +3 extender replaces the factory base assembly with a robust polymer extension and custom-engineered spring, boosting capacity while maintaining a solid, wiggle-free fit and reliable last-round bolt hold open.

Designed for everyday carry and range use, this extension converts a standard 12-round P365 magazine to a 15-round setup, adding a comfortable pinky extension and improved grip control without changing to a larger frame. It is ideal for shooters who want more capacity and a fuller grip on their P365 standard frame while retaining the pistol’s compact profile and trusted Xtech Tactical engineering.
