The Xtech Tactical MAG19EXT is a 20-round extended 9mm magazine made for the Glock 19, which gives you 20 rounds where a standard Glock magazine holds 15. It also fits any pistol that takes a 15-round Glock-style magazine, and the maker names the PSA Dagger Compact, Ruger RXM, Staccato and Shadow Systems MR920 among the compatible guns. Compatibility extends to anything that fits a Gen4 Glock factory magazine, so you are not limited to a single pistol. The maker states it passed more than a dozen consecutive fully loaded drop tests from 5 feet onto concrete.

Inside, a 17-7 stainless steel spring replaces the music wire of the factory Glock magazine, and the maker describes it as stronger and longer-lasting. The follower is Delrin with a No-Stick additive, and the magazine has a steel-reinforced body for added structure. The MTX 19 +5 extension attaches to the magazine body at five points of engagement, unlike other extension kits that the maker compares it with. A side scallop cut lets you index the magazine by feel during blind magazine changes, and the grip texture is slightly more pronounced with front and rear tread for a firmer hold.
