Terms & Conditions – 97-Year No BS Warranty

Effective Date: May 23, 2023

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in the 97-Year No BS Warranty (“Warranty”), the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Blackstone Shooting Sports (“Company”).

2. Scope of Coverage

  • The Warranty covers defects and malfunctions not caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, or misuse.
  • If a firearm is found to be defective, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the firearm.
  • If the firearm cannot be repaired:
    • A replacement of the same make and model will be provided, if available.
    • If discontinued, the newest equivalent model will be substituted.
    • If no replacement is available, store credit equal to the firearm’s current retail value will be issued.

3. Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear from use.
  • Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Firearms purchased prior to May 23, 2023 (program rollout date).
  • Firearms not purchased directly from Blackstone Shooting Sports.

4. Free w/ Active Blackstone Range Membership

  • The Warranty is available as a benefit to Range Members with accounts in good standing.
  • Suspended, inactive, or canceled memberships result in automatic forfeiture of Warranty coverage.

5. Claim Procedure

  1. All warranty claims must be submitted to a manager for eligibility review.
  2. Covered firearms will be checked into Blackstone Gunsmithing and evaluated within a reasonable time.
  3. A gunsmith will determine the nature of the defect and notify the Customer.
  4. If applicable, the Company will coordinate directly with the manufacturer under any manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. If parts are required, an estimated completion timeline will be communicated.
  6. If deemed unrepairable, the replacement or store credit process will be initiated.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the firearm or its use.
  • This Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

7. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

8. Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
