The VKTR Industries VKP Ported Double Stack 1911 is a steel-framed 9MM pistol built around a 4.40" bull barrel with a matching ported slide. VKTR's V8 ports are 2mm holes banked in groups of four on either side of the bar, aimed at flatter, faster follow-up shots. It is a single-action pistol with an optics-ready slide, and the three included adapter plates cover the Aimpoint Acro, Trijicon RMR and Leupold DPP footprints with built-in BUIS, though no optic is included. VKTR builds the VKP series in House Springs, Missouri.

The pistol has all-steel controls and a single-piece match trigger with a 3.5-pound pull. The steel frame carries a full-length dust cover with a Picatinny rail slot for mounting lights and lasers, and the sights are tritium. Four magazines ship with the pistol, two holding 16 rounds and two holding 20 rounds, along with a semi-hard case. The finish is Armor Black.
