The Tandemkross Cornerstone Safety Thumb Ledge MKIV 22/45 Blk is a purpose-built upgrade for Ruger Mark IV 22/45 pistols, giving shooters a more positive and repeatable thumb placement on the safety. Machined with a broad, flat ledge, it offers a stable reference point that helps improve control and consistency shot to shot while maintaining the familiar profile of the factory safety.

This thumb ledge is ideal for rimfire competitors and dedicated range shooters who want a more secure grip and enhanced ergonomics without adding bulk to their pistol. By providing a natural rest for the support-hand thumb, it can make transitions and follow-up shots feel more controlled and predictable. It is a focused enhancement that reflects Tandemkross’s attention to detail and commitment to practical performance upgrades.
