The Talon Grips Glock 19 Gen4 Medium Backstrap Granulate Adhesive Grip is a wraparound, firearm-specific grip designed to transform the feel of your Gen4 Glock 19, 23, 25, 32, or 38. Cut precisely for the medium and medium beavertail backstrap, this thin granulate texture adds secure traction without adding bulk, giving shooters a more confident, controlled hold on the pistol.

This rear wrap grip provides full coverage on the side panels, including above the thumb rest, generous coverage on the backstrap, and three separate finger groove wraps under the trigger guard. The adhesive material is less than 0.5 mm thick, so it preserves the factory ergonomics while greatly improving grip, even on Rough Textured Frame models. Ideal for range use, training, and everyday carry, it offers a simple upgrade that enhances consistency and comfort. The thoughtful design and fit reflect Talon Grips’ reputation for practical innovation in handgun control accessories.
