The TacStar 1081167 SideSaddle Mossberg 500/590 12 Gauge 4rd Black Polymer w/Aluminum Mounting Plate is a compact shotshell carrier designed to keep extra rounds right on the shotgun receiver. A durable polymer shell carrier is paired with an aluminum mounting plate that bolts directly to the Mossberg 500/590, providing secure retention and smooth access to four 12 gauge shells without altering the shotgun’s balance.

This SideSaddle is ideal for range use, training, and hunting where quick follow-up shots and organized ammunition matter. The design provides clearance for long forends and installs with the included screws, with no gunsmithing required on most models. By keeping four shells in a consistent, easy-to-reach position, it supports efficient reloads while maintaining the clean lines of the shotgun. TacStar’s reputation for practical, reliable shotgun accessories is reflected in this straightforward, purpose-built carrier.
