The Stealth Arms Platypus Comp is a competition 2011 set up for a red dot, with high fiber optic sights that co-witness through an SRO/RMR-pattern optic once one is mounted. A multi-port compensator on the 5.00" barrel sends gas upward to keep the muzzle flat for fast, accurate follow-up shots. The straight trigger breaks at a competition-only 2.5-3.0 lb, and the 17-round steel frame accepts Glock-pattern magazines. Prickle texture, an ambidextrous safety and a USMC Red over Black finish complete the build; the optic is not included, and a Stealth Arms leather range bag upgrade is included.
