Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

If the return or cancellation is not the result of our error, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you may receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (typically 5–10 business days), processing time once received (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days).

Shipping

We currently ship domestically within the United States only. We do not offer international sales at this time.

When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method selected. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each applicable item can be found on its product detail page. To align with carrier policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
