Blackstone Shooting Sports conducts all sales in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws regulating firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.

The information and restrictions provided by Blackstone Shooting Sports are for general reference only and should not be considered legal advice. Blackstone Shooting Sports makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any item in any particular jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to understand and comply with all laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of any item in their area.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Handguns: All handgun orders must ship via Two-Day Air. Blackstone Shooting Sports will automatically apply this shipping method to any order that includes a handgun.

  • Ammunition: All ammunition must ship by Ground Service. We will automatically apply this shipping method to all ammunition orders.

  • Separate Shipments: Ammunition cannot be shipped in the same package as a firearm. If an order includes both ammunition and firearms, they will be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Guest Acknowledgment and Certification

By purchasing any item from Blackstone Shooting Sports, the guest certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:

  • The guest is solely responsible for confirming that the purchase, ownership, and use of any item complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • The guest has independently verified that the item they intend to purchase is legal in their state and local jurisdiction.

  • The guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Blackstone Shooting Sports and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal actions arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any item obtained from Blackstone Shooting Sports.
