The Shield Sights Reflex Mini Sight 2.0 8 MOA Red Dot is a compact, open reflex sight built around a strengthened aluminum housing and improved electronics for a clean, crisp aiming point. Eliminating the original RMS battery drawer allowed Shield to create a more rigid body while keeping the footprint slim and lightweight at just 0.61 ounces, making it an excellent match for modern compact defensive pistols.

This model uses an 8 MOA red dot reticle powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery, delivering up to 22,000 hours of continuous runtime with automatic brightness control that adapts to ambient light. Its low-profile design lets the optic sit low enough to co-witness with standard-height iron sights, offering fast target acquisition for range practice, defensive training, and everyday carry setups. The sight reflects Shield’s reputation for thoughtful engineering and durable, shooter-focused optics.
