The Savage Arms A17 Target Thumbhole Rifle 17 WSM pairs a proven semi-automatic rimfire action with a precision-oriented laminate thumbhole stock. Its fluted heavy 22" carbon steel barrel and high-luster black finish are built to deliver consistent accuracy, while the hard chrome bolt and case-hardened receiver enhance durability and smooth cycling. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets shooters fine-tune trigger pull for a crisp, predictable break.

This A Series Target Thumbhole model is chambered in 17 WSM with an 8-round detachable rotary magazine, making it well suited for small game, varmint control, and focused target shooting at the range. The fixed gray laminate thumbhole stock provides a stable, ergonomic grip and a comfortable 13.5" length of pull, supporting steady shots from the bench or field positions. With its balanced 41.5" overall length and 7.1 lb weight, the rifle reflects Savage Arms’ emphasis on practical accuracy and thoughtful design.
