The Rosco Manufacturing Sauce Pack takes the guesswork out of a .300 Blackout AR-15 upper by pairing one of Rosco's in-house barrels with the gas system parts and bolt carrier group chosen to run with it. The 16.00" heavy profile barrel uses a pistol-length gas system, the usual choice for .300 Blackout because it gives the cartridge enough gas to cycle reliably from a short system.
A 1:7 twist stabilizes the long, heavy bullets .300 Blackout shooters favor, and the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle takes a muzzle device or suppressor mount without any machining. The .750 gas block, gas tube and BCG come in the box, and an 11-degree crown finishes the muzzle. The barrel wears a black nitride finish for wear and corrosion resistance on a build meant for modern carbine use.
