Rosco's Bloodline 13.95" barrel was designed around the USASOC Improved Upper Receiver Group specification, with Rosco's own touches, for builders putting together a compact 5.56 NATO upper. The mid-length gas system gives a smoother gas curve than a carbine-length system, which helps manage dwell time and balances speed with performance.
The Government profile barrel uses a 1:7 twist that stabilizes heavy-for-caliber projectiles. The .750 gas block journal takes standard blocks, the muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for common muzzle devices and suppressor mounts, and an 11-degree crown protects accuracy. A black nitride finish covers the barrel for durability.
