Rio's Royal Pheasant line is built for upland hunters, and this 28 gauge load puts copper-plated shot in a 2-3/4" hull. The copper plating helps pellets hold their shape through the bore, which supports tighter, more even patterns on flushing birds at typical field distances.

The mild recoil of the 28 gauge makes it a pleasant choice for long days behind the dogs, while Rio's game-load construction keeps it a serious option on pheasant, quail and other upland birds. Each box holds 25 game cartridges.
