Handgun 100 is the perfect place to begin your journey or refresh your knowledge. This in-depth handgun training course covers everything you need to get started and feel comfortable and confident with a handgun. Every student will leave Handgun 100 with the ability to safely clear, load, shoot, and store a pistol. Handgun 100 provides all students an in-depth understanding of handgun fundamentals, operations, and more. You will leave this course more comfortable than you’d ever imagine!

Course Description:

This course will cover handgun fundamentals, operations, and safety.

Covered in this Course:

• Cover the fundamentals and basics
• Learn the difference between different types of handguns and ammunition and which type is right for them.
• In-depth understanding of firearm safety
• The state and federal laws regarding handguns.
• How to fully operate a handgun (loading, firing, and clearing).
• Discuss common types of safe firearm storage
• Prior to live-fire training, students will use inert handguns to begin establishing grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger press, and more!
• Experience on range training to apply the learned fundamentals and techniques

Equipment Needed

• Glock 19’s will be available for rent, students can bring their own firearm if they chose.
• 50 Rounds of ammunition is required ( Available for purchase day of )
• Includes free eye/ear rental.

*Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian for the entirety of this course.
