The Retay Ace-R 28ga 28 Paloma Extra Black is a lightweight semi-automatic shotgun built around Retay’s proven Inertia Plus action and deep bore drilled barrel for consistent patterns and smooth cycling. Its 28 inch ported barrel with stepped raised rib and single fiber optic bead promotes fast target acquisition, while the Extra Black synthetic stock with textured gripping surfaces keeps the gun secure in the hands in changing field conditions.

This 3 inch chambered 28 gauge model balances at an overall length of about 40 inches and a trim 5 pound weight, making it well suited for long days of wingshooting, sporting clays, or general field use. The push button removable trigger group simplifies cleaning, and the AIRY recoil pad and 14.5 inch length of pull help maintain comfort and control over extended sessions. It is a refined example of Retay’s focus on modern inertia-driven design and practical performance.
