The Remington 223 Remington 24" BBL Action Thrd For Rem 783 Silver offers a ready-to-build barreled action based on the proven Remington 783 platform. Featuring a 24-inch steel barrel with a threaded muzzle, this assembly provides a solid foundation for shooters who want to create a precise, reliable rifle without starting from bare components.

This .223 Remington barreled action is well suited for varmint hunting, target shooting, and general range use where consistency and smooth bolt operation are important. The stainless, silver-colored finish helps resist corrosion while complementing a wide range of stock and accessory choices. With the bolt intentionally omitted, builders can select their preferred bolt and have headspace checked by a competent gunsmith, reflecting Remington’s focus on safety, accuracy, and long-term durability.
