The Q Rearend XL MB 5/8x24 338 Cal is a purpose-built muzzle brake and suppressor mount designed around Q’s hard-hitting 8.6 BLK system. Using the Quickie Fast-Attach interface and a robust taper mount, it delivers repeatable alignment for Q SHORT CHOP and PORQ CHOP silencers while taming recoil from big-bore cartridges. Its distinctive ported body and front socket pocket reflect Q’s focus on practical function and clean machining.

This model uses standard 5/8x24 threads and a .338 caliber bore, making it a smart choice for 8.6 BLK and compatible .338 builds that need fast suppressor attachment without sacrificing accuracy. Rear wrench flats and the front 9/16 inch socket pocket simplify installation and removal, whether you run it as a stand-alone brake or as the anchor for your Q cans. It is a solid example of Q’s reputation for thoughtful design and modern suppressor-ready hardware.
