The Proof Research PR10 PXT is a 22.00" carbon fiber barrel for AR-10 pattern rifles, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor for long-range precision from a gas gun. It arrives fully chambered and ready to install, with a rifle+2 gas system, .875 gas block journal and .086 gas port, and a 5/8-24 threaded muzzle for a brake or suppressor. Carbon fiber keeps a long, stiff barrel from making the rifle nose-heavy.
PXT, PROOF Exponential Twist, reworks the rifling geometry and twist progression with a much lower lead angle, so the bullet engages the rifling more gradually.
