The Proof Research 284 Caliber 1-8 Twist 26" Carbon Fiber Sendero Light BBL is a premium carbon fiber–wrapped bolt-action barrel designed for shooters who want match-grade precision without the weight penalty of traditional steel. With a 26-inch Sendero Light contour and fast 1:8 twist, it is optimized for modern high-BC .284 projectiles while maintaining excellent balance on the rifle.

This barrel arrives ready for your gunsmith to thread and chamber, making it an ideal foundation for a custom hunting or long-range build. The carbon fiber construction sheds up to 64% of the weight of comparable barrels, improves heat dissipation, and resists dings, scratches, and harsh weather. It is well suited for precision target work, extended range sessions, and demanding hunting trips where consistent point of impact and reliability matter. Proof Research is known for meticulous engineering and innovation in carbon fiber barrel technology.
