The Proof Research 30 Caliber 9.4 Twist 26" Carbon Fiber Sendero Barrel is built for shooters who want match-grade precision without the weight penalty of a traditional steel tube. This bolt-action barrel uses a carbon fiber wrap over a match-grade steel core to deliver exceptional stiffness, improved heat management, and consistent harmonics for long-range accuracy. Its Sendero contour and 26-inch length balance rigidity and handling for demanding precision builds.

This barrel is chambered for 30 caliber (.308) cartridges and features a 1-9.4 twist rate that supports a wide range of modern hunting and precision bullets. Weighing about 3.3 pounds, it is significantly lighter than comparable steel barrels, making it ideal for custom Remington 700 long-action projects or other compatible bolt-action platforms. Whether you are building a dedicated long-range hunting rifle or a precision range rig, this barrel offers stable point of impact and repeatable performance backed by Proof Research’s focus on advanced materials and engineering.
