The Primary Weapons .308 Shim Set is a purpose-built accessory for AR-15 and AR-308 platforms, providing precise alignment for flash suppressors, muzzle brakes, and compensators on 30 Caliber (.308) barrels. Hardened steel construction and carefully selected shim thicknesses help you time muzzle devices accurately without relying on crush washers or guesswork.

This .837" diameter steel shim kit is ideal for shooters who demand consistent performance from their rifles, whether they are setting up a precision rig or refining an existing build. Large shims can act as spacers and deliver up to 90° of rotation, medium shims add about 45°, and small shims fine-tune the final orientation for clean, repeatable alignment. It’s a straightforward solution that supports reliable range use, training, and general shooting while reflecting Primary Weapons’ focus on practical, well-engineered firearm accessories.
