The Race City Defense Core is a 9mm double-stack 1911 built for shooters who want race-gun performance in a clean, no-nonsense package. Its 4.6" tri-top slide rides on an Atlas Gunworks bull barrel, with a crisp 3 lb trigger and an RMR-ready slide that comes with an RMR/SRO plate, so you can mount the red dot you want on day one.
The Core is built on premium parts from end to end. An Atlas Gunworks tool-less guide rod with a 10 lb recoil spring, a 19 lb mainspring and RCD Core aluminum grips keep it smooth, controlled and easy to maintain. The unported barrel and DLC black finish keep it simple and tough for range days, training and competition. It ships with a 140mm 20-round Perfect Zero magazine and a Savior range slip, so it's ready to shoot right out of the box.
