The Pearce Grip Ext M&P Shield X 13rd Black is a purpose-built magazine base plate extension designed specifically for the Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Shield X 13-round magazine. Replacing the factory base plate, it adds approximately one-half inch of additional gripping surface without increasing magazine capacity, giving shooters a more secure and comfortable hold on the pistol.

This compact extension is ideal for concealed carry and everyday range use where improved control and faster, more confident draws matter. By enhancing the purchase for the support and firing hand, it can help reduce muzzle flip and improve follow-up shot consistency, especially for shooters with larger hands. Built from high-impact polymer with a matte black finish, it blends cleanly with the Shield X frame while reflecting Pearce Grip’s focus on practical, shooter-driven design.
