The One Horse OH 7.5 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Receiver delivers a compact, ready-to-run top end for your AR-15 pistol or short-barreled build. Built around a 7.5-inch 5.56 NATO barrel with a 1:7 twist and pistol-length gas system, it uses a 7-inch M-LOK free-float handguard and a nitride-finished bolt carrier group to provide smooth cycling and dependable performance in a short, maneuverable package.

This complete upper arrives assembled with a standard charging handle and Mil-Spec receiver, so it can be pinned to any compatible AR-15 lower with minimal effort. The slim M-LOK handguard offers ample space for lights, grips, or other accessories while keeping weight in check, making this upper well suited for home protection, range use, and training where a compact footprint is preferred. One Horse’s attention to materials and machining results in a durable, American-made upper that complements a wide range of AR builds.
