The Noveske Pig Pen FH 1/2x28 Short is a compact flash hider engineered for AR-15 rifles chambered in 5.56 NATO. Machined from durable 4140 QT steel and finished in black nitride, it offers a sleek profile with deep longitudinal ports that help disrupt and disperse muzzle flash while serving as a mounting interface for compatible suppressors using the 1x16 left-hand QD standard.

This short 1.93-inch configuration is ideal when you want effective flash reduction without adding unnecessary length to your barrel, especially on short-barreled or suppressed builds. The included timing shims make installation straightforward on 1/2x28 threaded barrels, allowing you to fine-tune alignment for optimal performance. It is a practical upgrade for range use, training, or general-purpose rifles, reflecting Noveske’s reputation for precise machining and thoughtful design.
