The Mustang Armament Chesty Series is a hand-built 5.56 NATO AR-pattern build assembled from premium components chosen to work as one system. At its core is Mustang's 12.50" cold hammer forged, spiral-fluted Duty Precision Taper barrel, HPT/MPI tested and run on a mid-length gas system that softens the recoil impulse and improves reliability and suppressor performance compared with a carbine-length setup. A DLC-enhanced HPT/MPI bolt carrier group, a gas-busting ambidextrous charging handle and a Rise Performance 434 single-stage trigger keep cycling smooth and the break crisp.

It ships ready to run with an EOTech EXPS2-2 holographic sight and 3X magnifier on a riser, a Holosun 1000-lumen light with tapeswitch and a Holosun IRIS 1 visible laser. An SBA5 brace with a JP Silent Captured H2 buffer keeps it flat-shooting and quiet in operation. The series is named for LtGen Lewis "Chesty" Puller, one of the most decorated Marines in American history.
