The Mustang Armament Chesty Series is a flagship duty-grade lineup built from hand-selected premium parts chosen to function together as one complete fighting system. This 11.5" 5.56 build is configured to balance maneuverability, ballistic performance and suppressor compatibility. Every major system, from the cold hammer forged barrel to the captured recoil assembly, is tuned for a smooth impulse and dependable cycling. It wears a Grey & Black Battleworn finish and carries a full EOTech EXPS2-0 optic package, making it equally at home on the range, in training or in a defensive role.

The foundation is a Betsy Ross themed billet receiver set mated to a 10.5" Tungsten Damascus billet handguard, and the pair carries the rugged Grey & Black Battleworn finish that gives this configuration its name. The combination is premium craftsmanship on a chassis meant to be worked hard.

Barrel duty falls to Mustang Armament's 11.5" Cold Hammer Forged Duty Precision Taper profile, spiral fluted and HPT/MPI tested, fed through a Mustang triple-screw gas block on a mid-length gas system. That pairing is what makes the build smooth-shooting and highly accurate while staying reliable in demanding conditions.

Cycling is handled by a DLC Enhanced HPT/MPI bolt carrier group running against a Mustang ambidextrous charging handle, a combination that keeps operation dependable while holding gas blowback down during suppressed fire.

Fire control comes from the proven Geissele 3GSD trigger at 3.5 lb, paired with a Next Level Armament Titanium Cam ambidextrous safety selector for a crisp break and a rapid reset.

The enhancement list is deep: an enhanced magazine release, a Driven Arms Co grip, Next Level Armament enhanced takedown pins, a PWS enhanced bolt catch, an Emissary angled foregrip, rail scales, Thenar support and a YHM QD suppressor-ready muzzle device.

Recoil is tuned around an SBA5 brace, an enhanced castle nut and a JP Captured H2 recoil system, which together produce exceptionally smooth cycling and fast follow-up shots.

Sighting is an EOTech EXPS2-0 holographic sight backed by a 3X magnifier on a riser, covering close-quarters distance out to extended engagements, and low-light work is handled by a Streamlight 1000-lumen weapon light with a remote tapeswitch.

The series is named in honor of LtGen Lewis "Chesty" Puller, one of the most decorated Marines in American history and a fellow Mustang Marine, and every build in it is meant to carry that reputation for toughness, reliability and battlefield effectiveness.
