The Magnum Research TTS-22 is an integrally suppressed, aluminum tensioned barrel for the Ruger 10/22, chambered in 22 LR with a 20.5" barrel length. Its patented design uses the space inside the outer tensioning tube along with a monolithic baffle stack to reduce noise, so the suppression is built into the barrel itself. The barrel has a BENZ chamber and a tensioned, hammer forged barrel liner, with a .875" diameter. The steel liner inside is 16.1" long.

The TTS-22 fits all Ruger 10/22 rifles except takedown models, so it drops onto a standard 10/22 while takedown versions are not compatible. It is field strippable with no tools, so routine cleaning does not call for a toolbox. All of the internal parts are hard coat anodized for easy cleaning, and the barrel carries a black finish. The whole barrel comes in at 1.1 pounds, and easy care instructions are included with each barrel sold.
