The Irregular Design Group Hesychia SIXK is a versatile suppressor rated for both 6mm ARC and 5.56 NATO, built by a team with Tier 1 special operations roots. The can is 3D printed as a single monolithic unit from Inconel 718 using Laser Powder Bed Fusion, and its blast baffle gets a dedicated hardening treatment for long service life. The result is a sealed, one-piece core with no baffle stack or internal parts to loosen. At 5.72" long and 15.5 oz, with an extreme low back-pressure gas profile, it keeps gas out of your face and your rifle running clean. On a 10.3" MK18 test host, IDG measured 139 dB at the ear and 143 dB at the muzzle.

The SIXK uses IDG’s patented Hesion Bow Dual-Lock Mount. A 15-degree taper and a 1 1/8"-8 left-hand buttress thread form the primary lock and reach full lock in under 2.5 rotations. Six flexure pawls printed into the suppressor body engage 32 grooves on the muzzle device for built-in redundant retention. This bundle includes IDG’s full-size Hybrid Flash Hider (HFH) in 1/2"-28, the ideal choice for a rifle that runs both suppressed and unsuppressed, with strong flash control either way. Full-auto rated and finished in FDE Cerakote, the Hesychia SIXK is a do-it-all, duty-grade suppressor built to protect the shooter as much as it quiets the shot.
