The Inland Manufacturing I-CAN II in this configuration is a .45 caliber suppressor set up with a BreekLok QD mount threaded .578x28, the common thread on .45 ACP pistol barrels. At 7.50" long, it gives a .45 host a sealed, full-size can built around 14 baffles of 304 stainless steel.
The sealed design can be run wet or dry and cleaned with solvents, and the can is rated for full-auto fire. A Titanium Nitride PVD finish covers the stainless body. As an NFA item, it transfers through your dealer on an approved ATF Form 4.
