The Howa HMXL350KAC M1500 Mini Excel Lite 350 Legend delivers a compact, bolt-action platform built around Howa’s Mini Action with a shorter, faster bolt throw. Its 16.25" blued heavy threaded barrel pairs with a drilled and tapped M-LOK handguard, while the Kratos camo Mini EXCL Lite chassis and adjustable Luth-AR stock provide a stable, modern shooting foundation. A black polymer pistol grip and right-hand configuration round out this streamlined, purpose-built rifle.

This Mini Excel Lite is tailored for shooters who want a lightweight yet rigid chassis rifle that can be tuned to fit, thanks to its adjustable length of pull and folding Luth buttstock. Chambered in 350 Legend with a 3+1 capacity, it is well suited for range work, training, and medium-game hunting where compact handling and quick follow-up shots matter. The combination of the Mini Action, heavy threaded barrel, and ergonomic chassis reflects Howa’s focus on practical accuracy and dependable craftsmanship.
