The Howa 1500 Mini Action Youth 223 Remington with 20" black heavy threaded barrel is a compact, bolt-action rifle built around Howa’s proven M1500 platform. Its cold-hammer-forged barrel and drilled and tapped steel receiver deliver dependable accuracy, while the fixed HTI black synthetic stock keeps weight manageable and durability high for younger or smaller-framed shooters.

This Mini Action Youth model pairs its 20" threaded barrel with a two-stage match trigger and 3-position safety, giving developing shooters a crisp, predictable break and secure handling at the range or in the field. Chambered in 223 Remington with a 10+1 capacity detachable magazine, it is well suited for target shooting, training, and small-game or varmint hunting. The combination of thoughtful ergonomics and solid construction reflects Howa’s reputation for precise, reliable bolt-action rifles.
