The Howa 1500 Mini Action Youth 22 ARC with 20" Black Heavy Threaded Barrel delivers a compact, smooth-running bolt-action platform tailored for smaller-framed shooters and those who prefer a lighter, more manageable rifle. Built around Howa’s proven Mini Action, this rifle combines a cold-hammer-forged heavy barrel with a black synthetic HTI stock to provide consistent accuracy and dependable performance shot after shot.

This youth-configured 22 ARC is well suited for range practice, training new shooters, and small to medium game hunting where reduced weight and recoil are appreciated. The fixed synthetic stock offers a secure, textured grip, while the threaded barrel makes it easy to add a muzzle device or suppressor when desired. Backed by Howa’s reputation for precise machining and durable construction, this Mini Action Youth rifle is designed to deliver reliable performance for years of shooting.
