The Horizon Firearms HRF-VC2-280A-22R Vandal Carbon 2 .280 Ackley Improved pairs a lightweight carbon fiber build with a precision 22" threaded Proof Research barrel for a modern, purpose-built hunting rifle. Its SOCOM black carbon fiber barrel and deep olive Iota EKO X carbon fiber stock create a rigid, stable platform, while the receiver-mounted Picatinny rail and ARCA rail forend make it ready for optics and accessories.

This Vandal Carbon 2 configuration is chambered in .280 Ackley Improved and optimized for shooters who want a compact, accurate rifle that stays light in the field. The threaded muzzle is ready for brakes or suppressors, and the carbon fiber construction helps manage weight without sacrificing strength. Ideal for demanding hunts, long-range field shooting, and extended range sessions, this rifle reflects Horizon Firearms’ focus on precision, modern materials, and thoughtful design.
