The HME GHG4 4:1 Gambrel Kit Steel 500 Lbs Weight Capacity is a purpose-built game hoist designed to make lifting and handling harvested animals more manageable for a single person. Its heavy-duty steel gambrel, paired with a 4:1 weight-reduction pulley system, provides secure support for deer and other large game up to 500 pounds while minimizing the effort required to raise them for cleaning, skinning, butchering, or cooling.
This kit includes a fully welded, gusseted 3/8" steel hanger with a special hook design that keeps hind legs securely in place during processing. The components feature a durable powder coat finish and pack neatly into the included carry bag to prevent tangling and simplify off-season storage. Ideal for hunters working in the field, garages, or processing areas, the GHG4 gambrel kit reflects HME’s focus on practical, reliable tools for efficient game handling.
