The Haley Strategic HSP Thorax Incog 3 Mag PLC W/MP2 MC is a purpose-built triple rifle magazine placard designed as a lightweight, streamlined chassis for the Thorax Incog Plate Carrier. Developed in collaboration with Onward Research and refined with feedback from the SOCOM community, it uses MIL-SPEC materials and integrated MP2 inserts to deliver secure, consistent magazine retention in a compact footprint.

This Multicam placard is configured to carry three rifle magazines and interfaces specifically with the Tabloc attachment system on the Thorax Incog Plate Carrier. The combination of 500D/1000D nylon laminate, heavy woven elastic, and shock cord provides a balance of durability and flexibility for training, range work, and duty-style load carriage. Haley Strategic’s focus on end-user driven design and meticulous craftsmanship is evident in the clean layout, robust construction, and thoughtful integration with the Thorax Incog platform.
