The Haley Strategic HSP Thorax Incog Cummerbunds Medium Multicam Black are purpose-built elastic cummerbunds designed to integrate seamlessly with the Thorax plate carrier system. Using MIL-SPEC nylon materials, heavy woven elastic, and VELCRO Brand hook and loop, they create a stable, low-profile platform for carrying mission-essential equipment while maintaining comfort and mobility.

This medium-size Multicam Black cummerbund set features built-in pockets positioned under the arms to keep magazines, radios, medical gear, and other similarly sized items discreet and secure without restricting movement. The elastic construction with integrated shock cord helps shift weight off the shoulders and allows the carrier to flex naturally during standing, seated, and dynamic use. Haley Strategic’s thoughtful design and attention to detail make this cummerbund an excellent upgrade for users seeking a streamlined, adaptable load-bearing solution.
