The Haley Strategic HSP D3 Outer Belt SB D Ring Large Black is built as a robust load-bearing platform for serious training and duty use. Combining the proven D3 Belt foundation with the AustriAlpin Cobra D-Ring Snakebite buckle, it delivers a secure, anti-slip clamp that resists loosening under movement or heavy gear. Tubular webbing rated to 4,000 lbs runs the full length of the belt, providing uncompromising strength while the overlapping closure system enhances rigidity and comfort around the hips.

This outer belt is designed to integrate seamlessly with MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories thanks to its 1/2 inch MOLLE rows, making it ideal for range work, structured training, or professional duty setups where organized gear retention matters. The included mandible angled MOLLE strap and vertical MOLLE strap pack expand mounting options for holsters, mag carriers, and tools. Sized for waists from 38" to 41", the D3 Snakebite outer belt reflects Haley Strategic’s focus on thoughtful design, durability, and user-driven innovation.
