The Grey Ghost Gear Tourniquet Pouch Coyote is a compact, purpose-built carrier designed to keep a single CAT-style tourniquet secure yet immediately accessible. Elastic sides, a low-profile body, and a bright red pull tab work together to keep lifesaving gear stable on your kit while remaining easy to identify under stress.

This pouch mounts directly to modular webbing using the included short MALICE clip, making it a straightforward addition to belts, chest rigs, or packs. Its coyote color blends cleanly with common gear setups, while the hook-and-loop flap adjusts to different tourniquet sizes. Grey Ghost Gear’s thoughtful design helps keep medical essentials organized for range days, training, or duty use, backed by the brand’s reputation for durable soft gear.
