The GLOCK 43X is a sub-compact striker-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Luger (9x19 mm). Its 3.41" barrel is the match-grade GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) taken from the Gen5 series. The pistol runs on the Safe Action system and its trigger is listed at 24 N.

The slim polymer frame borrows from the Slimline series, with a short trigger distance, a built-in beavertail, a reversible magazine catch and precision-milled front serrations. A slim mounting rail on the frame accepts accessories, and the pistol is fitted with fixed sights. It comes with two 10-round magazines, and the slim magazine design has an orange follower for higher visibility. The finish is black.
