The Freedom Ordnance FRD Ord FM-9D M-Lok Upper 8" 150rd ODG is a belt-fed 9×19 NATO complete upper receiver designed to drop onto a standard mil-spec AR-15 or M-16 lower. This compact 8-inch barrel upper uses a closed-bolt blowback system, an M-Lok handguard with BCM-style mounting, and an OD Green anodized finish for a durable, purpose-built range setup. A patent-pending one-handed charging and hold-open assist, split-bolt delay system, and last-round bolt hold open with Glock-pattern magazines showcase the thoughtful engineering behind the FM-9D platform.

This upper is ideal for high-volume range use, training, and recreational shooting where a belt-fed 9mm system offers extended strings of fire without changing magazines. It feeds from reusable disintegrating links carried in a 100-round nylon belt bag, with the ability to transition instantly to Glock-type magazines when desired. Shooters who already have a quality 9mm-compatible AR lower can add this upper to create a compact, belt-fed 9mm setup backed by Freedom Ordnance’s reputation for innovative, robust designs.
