The Federal Heavyweight TSS Rob Roberts Special Edition Shotshell 20 Gauge 3" 1-5/8 oz 1000 fps #9 is a purpose-built turkey load developed in collaboration with choke designer Rob Roberts. Built on Federal Premium’s proven Heavyweight TSS platform, this limited edition shell combines dense 18 g/cc tungsten-alloy shot with the Flitecontrol Flex wad to deliver tight, consistent patterns and impressive energy at extended ranges.

This 20 gauge, 3-inch load launches a 1-5/8 ounce payload of #9 Heavyweight TSS shot at a muzzle velocity of 1000 fps, maximizing pellet count and pattern density for hunters targeting wary gobblers. Ideal for dedicated turkey hunters who prefer a lighter-recoiling 20 gauge without sacrificing performance, it offers reliable downrange effectiveness in both ported and standard turkey chokes. Federal’s long-standing reputation for innovation and quality ammunition is evident in every detail of this Rob Roberts Limited Edition offering.
