The Exigent Defense Ti Direct Thread Adapter mounts any suppressor with industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB (Bravo) threads directly to a barrel threaded 5/8x24, the pattern common on .308 WIN, 6.5 Creedmoor and .30-06 rifles. Machined from Grade 5 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), it is far lighter than a steel adapter while holding up to full-auto fire.

A precision-machined interface keeps the suppressor bore aligned with the barrel axis to reduce the risk of baffle strikes. Integrated 13/16 hex wrench flats make installation and removal quick, with a recommended torque of roughly 15 to 20 ft-lbs, and the titanium body carries a black Cerakote finish.
