The Davide Pedersoli 1877 Sharps Long Range 45-70 Gov pairs classic single-shot Sharps styling with a purpose-built competition profile. This model features a 30" barrel, color case hardened-style receiver, and a finely shaped walnut pistol grip stock that gives it the poised, balanced feel long-range shooters look for on the firing line.

Built around a falling block action with a double set trigger, the rifle is configured for deliberate, precise shooting with heavy 45-70 loads. Blade front and rear sights come installed, and the receiver is drilled and tapped to accept a Creedmoor tang sight for extended-distance work. With its smooth wood-to-metal fit and refined lines, this 1877 Sharps Long Range is well suited to black powder cartridge competition, target shooting, and serious range use, reflecting Pedersoli’s reputation for careful craftsmanship and historically faithful designs.
