The CNC Firearms Marlin 1895 SBL Black Death is a limited-run lever action built on the Marlin 1895 SBL and chambered in .45-70 Government for serious big-bore performance. Its stainless receiver is engraved with the African buffalo scene that gives the rifle its name, and each rifle is numbered sequentially as 1 of only 300 built. The 19.00" cold hammer-forged stainless barrel is threaded for a muzzle device, and a full-length Picatinny rail sits atop the receiver for mounting optics. A WOOX Bravado Grade 4 walnut stock, half-cock hammer, and cross-bolt safety complete a build that pairs traditional lever-gun character with modern touches.
