The Christensen Arms Ridgeline is a 6.5 Creedmoor hunting rifle built around a precision-machined receiver and an Aerograde carbon fiber wrapped barrel. Under the wrap is a 416R stainless steel barrel that is button rifled, match chambered and free floating, so the stock never touches the barrel. The muzzle is threaded 5/8 x 24 and comes with a removable stainless steel radial brake and a thread protector, so you can run the brake or swap in a suppressor. The action uses a spiral fluted bolt with an improved bolt release and an enlarged ejection port for easier handling at the bench or in the field.
The adjustable TriggerTech trigger lets you set the pull to suit your own preference. The Christensen Arms carbon fiber composite sporter stock has stainless steel bedding pillars, spot bedding and a recoil pad, and the bedding locks the action in place for repeatable precision. The internal magazine with a hinged floor plate holds 4 rounds in 6.5 Creedmoor, and an aftermarket conversion kit lets the rifle accept AICS detachable magazines. A billet aluminum bottom metal sits under the machined receiver, which is compatible with standard Rem 700 optic bases so you have plenty of scope mounting choices.
